We want you to have the best online experience while shopping at CherryTin, so if you don't like something then please let us know. We will do anything we can to make your shopping experience better.
We accept returns within 30 days from date of delivery if:
-The item(s) is/are unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
-The product is not used
-The product is damaged or defective or not the product ordered
You may request returns for most items you buy from cherrytin.com, except Gourmet and all Personalised products.
Note: In the case of personalised products, returns will be accepted only if the personalisation is incorrect.
Return shipping will not be borne by us; but if necessary we do offer return pick-up provided shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Refund will be processed after the operations team approves of the claim that it is damaged/incorrect product
We recommend you to use a reliable courier service for all self shipped returns.
During the process of checking out, if you have chosen to pay using credit or debit card and have not completed the transaction because you have (1) Not entered the relevant details (2) Hit the return/back button before payment has been processed, your order will be automatically cancelled. We accept cancellation of items before they have been processed in our warehouse. This includes even the items you purchase on sale.
If your item was not purchased under any promotion, we allow you to cancel your order. If your purchase includes one item under promotion and if you wish to cancel that, you can. However if your order has multiple items bought under the same promotion, you can only cancel the complete order. This policy is applicable only if the order has not been processed in the warehouse and not applicable for Cash on delivery orders.
We have a 15 day return or exchange policy for fine jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or you find any defect, we will happily provide you with an exchange or 100% refund on the invoice value. We offer free return shipping within the 15 days policy. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing the receipt. To return your fine jewellery, please call customer care at 1-800-103-4438. We are happy to assist you anytime from 9.30 am to 6 pm.
